I was raised in affluent Westchester,  attended school for Film & TV at a top tier school in NYC for undergrad, but fell into the fitness/nutrition scene during the pandemic. My sports of choice are powerlifting, bodybuilding, endurance events (spartan), biking, rock climbing, hiking, and as of late Krav Maga! Besides sports/nutrition - my interests lie primarily in the arts, 4/20, and general adventuring. I am super chill, not materialistic, and genuine to a fault.
